OGDEN, Utah (AP) - Police say a man used what appeared to be an improvised explosive device to demand money from an Ogden credit union.

The Standard-Examiner in Ogden reports (https://bit.ly/1Jk5Oc8) the incident happened Saturday around 9:20 a.m. at the Goldenwest Credit Union.

According to police, the unidentified suspect entered the credit union and approached an employee.

Surveillance video shows the man producing an IED.

Police say the suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

He is described as white, 40 years old and having dark hair.

He was last seen wearing a black undershirt and a tan jacket.
