CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - A small earthquake has struck near the Natrona County town of Midwest.

The Casper Star-Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/1Nn5lqs ) that the 3.4 magnitude earthquake hit 12 miles from Midwest Monday. The quake covered an area at an estimated depth of nearly 4 miles.

No injuries or major damage was reported.

Monday’s quake comes after two small earthquakes hit Dubois in western Wyoming last week. The 3.0 and 2.5 magnitude quakes were just 12 minutes apart. No injuries or major damage was reported.
