GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) - An FBI agent testified that a cab driver who acted as a courier for money and prostitutes for a St. Martin spa was working undercover for authorities.

The Sun Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1Q0o162 ) FBI agent James Grunwald testified Tuesday in U.S. District Court that the driver would take women to and from the airport and make deposits of less than $10,000 at various banks.

Grunwald says three accounts were in the name Yeon Sook Hwang, who he says managed JJ Spa.

Hwang has been indicted on four counts of money laundering and one count each of human trafficking and conspiracy to commit money laundering. A judge Tuesday ordered that she be held without bond.

Hwang’s attorney, Jim Davis, said his client was simply a receptionist at the business, which was shut down following a November raid.
