BILOXI, Miss. (AP) - Officials believe two men are using the same stolen credit card information to make purchases across the coast.

Biloxi police investigator Steve Schlicht tells the Sun Herald (https://bit.ly/1HGuMXS ) officers responded to a report Monday of unauthorized purchases made on a woman’s debit card at a Wal-Mart.

Police believe the two men used a credit card skimmer to steal the information. A skimmer is a device commonly installed on gas station pumps to collect card information.

Schlicht says the men made unauthorized purchases Saturday at stores in Biloxi, D’Iberville and Gulfport. Officials don’t know the total amount stolen because they believe the card may have been used in other places.

Surveillance footage shows the two men leaving the Wal-Mart in a white SUV.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
