SEBASTOPOL, Calif. (AP) - The Swiss dairy giant Emmi has purchased Redwood Hill Farm & Creamery, in Sebastopol.

Emmi is the largest milk processor in Switzerland, reporting more than $3.3 billion in sales last year.

In addition to Redwood Hill, Emmi also acquired Green Valley Organics, which Redwood Hill Founder Jennifer Bice founded in 2010 and produces lactose-free cow dairy products.
