SEATTLE (AP) - A 76-acre business park in Seattle has sold for nearly $203 million.

The Seattle Times reports (https://goo.gl/X4IOJ1 ) that the Segale Business Park, located on the Green River, was sold Tuesday to New York-based real estate investment managers, Clarion Partners. The deal also included 4.4 acres of developable land on the riverfront.

The Seagle property has 12 buildings, including a data center leased to CenturyLink. Two office buildings are leased to Seattle-based food product supplier Continental Mills.

Brokers say Tuesday’s sale is the Puget Sound region’s largest transaction for an industrial park since 2013, when Northwest Corporate Park in Kent sold for $170 million.
