EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) - The Minnesota Vikings have moved defensive end Zach Moore to the active roster.

The Vikings announced Saturday they have signed Moore from the practice squad, where he spent the first 14 weeks of the season. The two-year player out of Concordia-St. Paul was drafted in the sixth round by the New England Patriots. He played in eight games including one start for the Patriots, recording three assisted tackles and 0.5 sacks.

The Vikings also placed second-year defensive end Scott Crichton on injured reserve. Crichton has a concussion and a neck injury.
