BARDSTOWN, Ky. (AP) - Three people have been killed and one person injured when two vehicles collided in central Kentucky.

Police said in a statement that the crash occurred Sunday morning on Louisville Road in Nelson County. The statement says 24-year-old Jordan Hickman was driving south in a Chevrolet Malibu when the car crossed the center line and struck a Dodge pickup operated by 20-year-old Brian Waldridge.

Police say Hickman and his two passengers, 25-year-old Tyler Foster and 24-year-old Keaton Hall, were pronounced dead at the scene. All were from Bardstown.

Waldridge, also of Bardstown, was taken to University of Louisville Hospital in serious condition, according to the police statement.

The crash remains under investigation.
