CARY, N.C. (AP) - A Cary man has been charged with murder after telling police he killed his mother and girlfriend.

News outlets report that on Sunday, 34-year-old Brandon Lee called police and said he had killed the two women.

The Cary Police Department says in a news release that 58-year-old Christa Lee was found dead at the Legacy Crossroads apartments, and 28-year-old Krystal Juell Hylton was found dead at the Lofts at Weston Lakeside Apartments.

Lee has been charged with two counts of murder. He faced previous charges this year for first-degree trespassing, communicating threats, injury to personal property and disorderly conduct.
