COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Residents near the Ohio State University campus aren’t happy with a proposal to build an apartment complex that could reach up to 10 stories.

Developers want to bring two new restaurants and 145 apartments to an area along High Street just north of the campus in Columbus.

Some residents say the project would change the character of a neighborhood filled with century-old houses.

The Columbus Dispatch (https://bit.ly/1Phmsj6 ) reports that 10 buildings on the site would be knocked down to make way for the complex.

A university area review board reviewed the concept this past week. More presentations on the proposal are likely.
