SEATTLE (AP) - Officials say firefighters discovered a man’s body as they cleared out a Seattle apartment building that caught fire, leaving one person dead and another injured.

Fire officials don’t believe the man’s death is related to the Tuesday fire. Police say the man appears to have died of natural causes.

Firefighters had been called to the blaze that was in a second floor unit of the building around noon.

One man, who fire officials say was engulfed in flames at one point, was taken to a hospital in critical condition.

Seattlepi.com reports (https://goo.gl/75lgI4 ) 39-year-old Cecil Anderson Jr., died of burns to 85 percent of his body. The King County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled his death an accident.

A second person suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
