Bette Midler is getting into the holiday spirit by blasting climate change deniers for the warm Christmas weather.

Cities in the eastern and central United States are expecting the warmest Christmas Eve and Day on record, due to a weather pattern that keeps typical winter chill at bay while holding hot air from the Pacific and Tropics over the mainland.

Ms. Midler is using that news to snark at climate change deniers for destroying the planet.

“December 22, 2015, 63 degrees in NYC. I would like to thank the ignorant selfish climate deniers for all their goodwill toward the planet,” the singer tweeted to her 806,000 followers.

Climate Depot points out that just last year, Ms. Midler blamed cold weather on climate change.

“If you live in The South and still believe Climate Change doesn’t exist, wake up. And buy a snow shovel,” she tweeted Jan. 29, 2014.
