PASADENA, Calif. (AP) - Pasadena police are searching for a gunman and driver who carried out a drive-by shooting that wounded two boys.

Lt. John Luna tells City News Service that three juveniles were walking toward an alley around 5:45 p.m. Tuesday when a car pulled up and a passenger in the front seat fired out the window

Two boys suffered gunshot wounds and the third escaped injury, but a fourth juvenile suffered minor abrasions when bullets hit a car in which he was sitting.

The wounded boys were taken to a hospital for treatment of wounds described as non-life-threatening.

The assailants got away in their car.

The investigation shut down the area of Los Robles Avenue and Orange Grove Boulevard area for nearly four hours.
