PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Authorities are looking for a pair of thieves who they say made off with a bag containing nearly $350,000 worth of loose diamonds in downtown Philadelphia.

The theft happened around 6 p.m. near Jewelers Row in Center City.

Police say two men snatched the shoulder bag from a 44-year-old man. Detectives say the diamonds are worth $348,000.

Investigators say the first suspect was wearing a black hat and brown jacket. The other man was last seen wearing a red jacket.
