WAGONER, Okla. (AP) - Wagoner County authorities say two of three suspects are in custody in the shooting death of a Muskogee man.

Court records show 46-year-old Ray Roger Jordan is being held without bound Thursday for first-degree murder in the shooting of 27-year-old Drew Gibson. The records do not list an attorney for Jordan.

Formal charges have not been filed against the second suspect. Murder charges were also filed against Aaron Masterson of Checotah, who was not in custody Thursday morning.

Investigators have told reporters that the shooting apparently stemmed from Gibson being in a relationship with Jordan’s estranged wife and that Jordan has said the shooting was an accident.
