ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - Police say a suspected drunk driver ran into an Albuquerque bus stop, injuring several pedestrians.

Police spokesman Daren DeAguero says the incident happened around 10:35 p.m. Wednesday near Central and San Mateo.

According to officers, a man allegedly hit a bus stop where there four pedestrians.

DeAguero says three of them had to be taken to a hospital for injuries that were not life-threatening.

The fourth suffered scratches and did not require hospitalization.

DeAguero says the driver is being investigated for possibly driving while intoxicated.
