ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - A New York man has been arrested after being caught by police defecating on the concourse of a state office building in Albany, the second such incident this month.

New York State Police say 65-year-old Gregory Gombel was arrested Thursday at the Empire State Plaza.

Police say Gombel was caught by troopers defecating on the concourse level of the building after it was closed to the public.

The Albany man was arrested on exposure and trespassing charges. Police say he is scheduled to face a judge on Jan. 4.

A number listed for Gombel was not in service and it wasn’t immediately clear whether he had an attorney who could comment on the allegations.

Police say another man was arrested for a similar incident on Dec. 9.
