LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Notices about required Nebraska business reports will soon be sent by the office of Secretary of State John Gale.

Gale says notices will be sent to more than 54,400 domestic and foreign corporations as well as limited liability partnerships, alerting them that their biennial and annual reports are coming due.

The business entities may start filing the reports on Saturday. Links will appear that day on the main page of the secretary of state’s website, www.sos.ne.gov .

Failure to file the reports and pay the required fees can lead to the administrative dissolution of a domestic corporation, certificate of authority revoked of a foreign corporation or revocation of an LLP’s statement of qualification to operate in Nebraska.

Questions may be addressed to the Business Services Division at 402-471-4079.
