WEST WINDSOR, N.J. (AP) - Authorities say two Nevada residents were killed and one was hurt when their car hit a tree in New Jersey.

It happened around 1:30 p.m. in West Windsor when police say the 74-year-old Timothy Ignas’ car veered off the road. Ignas and 65-year-old Nicoletta Oliver were pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators say a 73-year-old passenger has been hospitalized. Her condition isn’t immediately known.

All of the victims are Nevada residents.

The crash is under investigation.
