ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) - A man convicted of stabbing two men near the Rockville Metro station is set to be sentenced.

A jury convicted 39-year-old Reginald Cooper in July of two counts of attempted second-degree murder.

The stabbing occurred last December during the morning rush hour. Police said the incident began with an argument at a coffee shop that escalated into violence.

Cooper is scheduled for sentencing on Tuesday morning.
