JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) - In a Dec. 27 story about a proposal to require photo identification for voting, The Associated Press reported that Secretary of State Jason Kander said voter fraud has not been a significant problem in Missouri. The story should have said Kander told the AP that there has not been a case of voter impersonation fraud in Missouri.
