NORFOLK, Va. (AP) - The Port of Virginia is getting ready for a special delivery.

A ship carrying five new cranes for the port is expected to arrive at the Virginia International Gateway terminal on Thursday.

Port officials say that one of the four lightly used cranes from Russia will be unloaded there.

The remaining three rubber-tire gantry cranes will head to Norfolk International Terminals. Finally, the ship will travel up the James River to the Richmond Marine Terminal to drop off the mobile harbor crane the state purchased.
