CULLMAN, Ala. (AP) - Authorities say a woman who went missing earlier this week has been found.

Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Corp. Jess Thornton said in an email Friday that 25-year-old Jessica Lynn Thompson was located safely after a man and woman were believed to be exploiting her for cash. Thompson has been missing since Monday.

The Lauderdale County Police Department believed Thompson was “in extreme danger.”

Multiple news media report that a surveillance photo showed Thompson going to an ATM in the Shoals area on Dec. 1. She got out of a dark blue Chrysler minivan to withdraw money.

Investigators say Thompson was last seen in Cullman on Thursday. Investigators believe Thompson was with an unidentified white male and female in the minivan.

WHNT-TV reports that Thompson met both online.
