CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - Democratic presidential hopeful Martin O’Malley is back in South Carolina this weekend for a town hall with one of the state’s legislators.

The former Maryland governor is participating in a town hall meeting on Saturday in Charleston hosted by state Sen. Marlon Kimpson.

Kimpson says his co-hosts for the event at ILA Local 1422 include the Charleston Democratic Party and several state representatives, including Seth Whipper and Wendell Gilliard.

Kimpson has invited all of the Democratic candidates to appear at individual town hall meetings in his Senate district. Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders has already taken part in one.
