BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) - Police say a teenage was grazed by a bullet stemming from an altercation involving his brother near Legion Field in Birmingham.

Birmingham Police Sgt. Sean Edwards told Al.com (https://bit.ly/1Iwvnvv ) on Saturday that the 15-year-old boy is currently in stable condition after being shot the previous night. Edwards says police believe the teenager was caught in the crossfire after his older brother and another man got into an argument then started shooting.

Edwards says the teenager was taken to the Children’s of Alabama.

Police are still investigating the incident.

No suspects are in custody.
