CANTON, Ga. (AP) - Authorities say two men accused of shooting three other men have been arrested after a car chase that ended with a crash in north Georgia.

Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Lt. Jay Baker says the two men are in custody but hasn’t been charged after the incident Saturday night. Baker says 27-year-old Gary Hart, 25-year-old Chaz Hart and 39-year-old Jermaine Gay were shot.

Baker says the men’s injuries were non-life threatening.

Baker says the men told police that the two suspects that they know pulled up in a gray Ford Mustang, began shooting then drove off.

Names of the two suspects have not been released.

Baker says the Mustang crashed into a telephone poll after a chase with a deputy. Both men were injured but non-life threatening.
