COTTONWOOD, Ariz. (AP) - Police have identified a man fatally shot while trying to commit a home invasion in Cottonwood.

Authorities said Sunday that 27-year-old Gus Terrell Finklea, of Goodyear, was one of three suspects who allegedly forced themselves into a residence.

Police spokesman Gary Eisenga says the other two, 28-year-old Calvin Clark and 21-year-old Jermaine Shields, are facing a murder charge because a death occurred during the commission of a felony.

Police also arrested 20-year-old Hope Olszewski and 22-year-old Karrie Ann Funkhouser.

Eisenga says the homeowner and the suspects were involved in a property dispute.

The homeowner says he fired two shots after they chased him and a friend inside.

Funkhouser then allegedly tried to run them over.

Eisenga says he doesn’t know if any of the suspects have attorneys.
