KALISPELL, Mont. (AP) - Despite wildfires this past summer, Glacier National Park has set an all-time annual visitation record already this year.

Through Nov. 30, 2.35 million visitors had entered the park this year, beating 2014’s full-year record-setting number of 2.33 million visitors.

The Daily Inter Lake reports (https://bit.ly/1ON51Vt ) that a total of 19,505 visitors entered the park last month - a 24 percent increase from last November.

Overall, year-to-date attendance is up 1.7 percent over last year.
