HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (AP) - Garland County Sheriff Mike McCormick says skeletal remains found in a wooded area near Hot Springs are believed to be that of a man missing since September.

McCormick told reporters Monday that the remains are believed to be those of 21-year-old Cameron Hudson.

Authorities say Hudson was last seen Sept. 17 near the area where the remains were found. He was reported missing in November.

McCormick says the body is being sent to the state medical examiner’s office for positive identification.
