Add a biggie to the list of calamities caused by global warming. No longer does it only cause acne, crabgrass and the death of the Loch Ness Monster.

President Obama says climate change is the source of terrorism; it is rooted in the stress created by what he calls our greatest threat, namely global warming. This explains why Obama is so blasé about radical Islam—because he says it’s only a symptom.

The President claims that world history validates his belief that global warming causes global violence.

This could require revising how we judge murderous regimes. Mao Zedong won’t be blamed for 60 million deaths; Joseph Stalin will be absolved of 40 million victims; even Adolf Hitler will be better understood about the 30 million deaths attributed to him. Obviously, they were propelled by climate change. Perhaps we failed to notice due to all the bloodshed.

Mr. Obama explained it all to CBS News last week:

“What we know is that — as human beings are placed under strain, then bad things happen. And you know, if you look at world history, whenever people are desperate, when people start lacking food, when people — are not able to make a living or take care of their families — that’s when ideologies arise that are dangerous.”

Mr. Obama repeated the distorted claim that “99.5 percent of scientists in the world say this is an urgent problem.” But he has a serious math problem.

Confining ourselves to America, 31,487 U.S. scientists have signed a petition at petition.org, saying: “There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gases is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth’s atmosphere or disruption of the Earth’s climate.”

Using Mr. Obama’s math, if these 31,487 scientists represent the .5 percent of “deniers,” then there must be 6,297,400 scientists in America who agree with Mr. Obama. But labor statistics show we don’t even have that many scientists!

Phony numbers are common in this debate. We need a warning label for those who swallow every myth and false claim about global warming. They rush to demean others as “deniers” or “skeptics,” so perhaps their title should be “gullible greenies.”

Green gullibility has a long track record of blaming hundreds of things on global warming, such as:
· The price of popcorn
· Causing gingerbread houses to fall apart
· Making the Earth spin faster and also making it spin slower
· Making Mount Everest shrink
· More meteors from space
· The HIV epidemic
· Killer jellyfish
And, of course, a rise in acne, the death of the Loch Ness Monster, and that crabgrass which spoils lawns.

Massive lists of global warming’s supposed symptoms are online. The new film “Climate Hustle” debunks the wild claims that saturate the media. Groups like the Heartland Institute detail the major flaws of claiming “scientific consensus” and report the numerous peer-reviewed studies that challenge man-caused climate change. These are the voices that advocates like Bill Nye want to silence. The only voices they want to hear are those like Secretary of State John Kerry, who has blamed the rise of ISIS and the Syrian war on global warming.

Fanatics are no longer content to blame every nuisance on global warming. They want to shut up critics with lawsuits and even criminal charges.

Even as they reward allies with billions in taxpayer dollars, our gullible greenies have declared war on everyone who does not share their belief. They seek to silence everyone who has not made global warming their religion. Sound familiar?

Gullible greenies have become a new type of terrorist. And when they provide excuses for radical Islam, they aid and abet that other group of terrorists as well.
