PORT HURON, Mich. (AP) - Authorities say two people have been arrested after crossing the Blue Water Bridge into Michigan from Canada and leading authorities on a chase.

Customs and Border Protection spokesman Ken Hammond tells the Times Herald of Port Huron (https://bwne.ws/1M9HehL ) that a vehicle was heading into the United States at Port Huron around midnight Monday when it was referred for a secondary inspection.

The vehicle failed to stop and continued onto westbound Interstate 94.
