NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - The FBI is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to a New Jersey woman who disappeared in 2006.

Carla Vicentini disappeared nine years ago Tuesday after she left a bar in Newark with a man. Vicentini had told her roommate she was going to the man’s car to look at a photograph and would meet her at their apartment, which was a few blocks away.

She was never heard from again.

The native of Brazil entered the United States under an exchange program and speaks Portuguese and limited English.

The FBI’s reward also includes information leading to the identity of the person involved in Vicentini’s disappearance.
