MONTPELIER, Vt. (AP) - Food kitchens, shelters, community centers and similar organizations in Vermont that suffered damage from severe storms and flooding in April 2014 have until March 11 to apply for loans.

Organizations in the following counties are eligible to apply: Caledonia, Essex, Franklin, Lamoille, Orange, Orleans and Washington

Museums, libraries, schools and colleges are other examples of groups that can apply.

The storms caused damage from April 15-18 last year.
