NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (AP) - The Army says 21 soldiers are returning to Virginia after being deployed to Kuwait.

The soldiers are part of the 492nd Harbor Master Operations Department.

The soldiers are scheduled to return to Fort Eustis on Tuesday. The Army says the soldiers acted as the direct liaison between Army watercraft and the Kuwait Naval Forces. They were deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
