CONWAY, N.H. (AP) - Police say part of a snow-covered gas station awning collapsed and crashed onto an SUV with the driver inside as workers were on top shoveling.

No one was hurt in the incident reported at about 9:45 a.m. Thursday at the Irving gas station on 7 White Mountain Highway in Conway, New Hampshire.

Police said the awning crashed onto its side and the workers were able to slide down as it tipped, landing safely. A support beam crashed onto the SUV.

Officials are investigating how the collapse happened.
