KINGMAN, Ariz. (AP) - The accomplice in an Arizona prison break is back in the state to be sentenced on escape and robbery charges.

According to court documents filed Thursday, Casslynn Welch is being held in Mohave County Jail after being in federal custody in New Mexico.

A Mohave County Superior Court judge ordered that Welch be returned by Feb. 20.

Under an agreement with Arizona prosecutors, the 48-year-old will serve 20 years on an escape charge and two counts of armed robbery. It will run concurrent to her 40-year sentence in the federal case.

Welch has admitted to helping three inmates from the Kingman prison escape by throwing cutting tools over a fence. She and two of the men were involved in a carjacking that led to the killings of an Oklahoma couple.
