LOS ANGELES (AP) - Power was knocked out to parts of Los Angeles International Airport when a bird flew into a high-voltage power line.

LAX spokeswoman Amanda Parsons says the outage affected baggage conveyer belts and people movers in all terminals shortly before 7 a.m. Friday.

Parsons says power is slowly being restored.
