BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - A man who hid in the tank of a portable toilet at a Boulder yoga festival to spy on women has been sentenced to six years in prison for violating the terms of his probation by refusing to take medication and failing to comply with sex-offender treatment.

The Daily Camera reports (https://bit.ly/1DpbqRK ) District Judge Maria Berkenkotter sentenced Luke Chrisco on Friday, saying he is “an extreme danger to the community” without medication.

Boulder County’s chief probation officer testified that Chrisco’s unwillingness to take the medication led to the treatment program refusing him. His participation was a condition of his 10-year intensive supervised probation.

Police arrested Chrisco in 2011 after a woman at the yoga festival noticed something moving in the tank of the portable toilet, then saw a feces-stained man emerge and run away.
