LAS VEGAS (AP) - Nevada health officials say they’ve traced a case of measles at Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino to an infant with the disease.

Southern Nevada Health District spokeswoman Stephanie Bethel confirmed Friday in a phone interview that the infant represented the fifth confirmed case of measles in and around Las Vegas since the start of the year.

She says the infant spread the measles to an adult worker at the Emeril’s restaurant.

Health officials have warned people who dined at the restaurant between Feb. 4 and Feb. 7 to check if they’re immunized and if not to contact their doctor.

Bethel has said the measles cases are the first to be reported in Clark County since 2011.
