EAST BROOKFIELD, Mass. (AP) - A Leicester firefighter has pleaded guilty to distributing obscene materials to a minor.

Kevin Soucie was also charged with indecent assault and battery on a person over age 14 last year after a 17-year-old client at his photography studio told police Soucie had groped him and shown him obscene photographs.

The Telegram & Gazette (https://bit.ly/1DMDq2m ) reports that the indecent assault and battery charge against the 33-year-old Soucie was continued without a finding for two years, during which time he must wear a GPS monitor, undergo sex offender counseling and treatment. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim.

Soucie is on administrative leave from the fire department.

Soucie denied any physical contact with the teen and said the teen may have accidentally seen the photos on his computer.
