WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) - A Williston man has pleaded not guilty to embezzling from an auto dealership.

The Williston Herald reports that 29-year-old Jon Kelly is accused of embezzling more than $121,000 from Select Ford by pocketing customer down payments on vehicles. He also is accused of writing bad checks to pay for vehicles from the dealership.

Defense attorney Kevin Chapman tells The Associated Press that one count against Kelly has been dismissed and that his client will fight the other charges at trial.
