PIERRE, S.D. (AP) - A South Dakota man accused of sexually abusing a child in 2013 has been sentenced to 3 years in federal prison.

U.S. District Judge Roberto Lange has also sentenced 62-year-old Reginald Between Lodges to 5 years of supervised release. Between Lodges earlier pleaded guilty to abusive sexual contact with a child.

Authorities say the Takini man offensively touched an 8-year-old child in October 2013.

Between Lodges also used the aliases of Reginald Condon and Reggie Kills A Hundred.

Between Lodges has been turned over to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service to begin serving his sentence.
