WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington Police have arrested a man they say stole tip jars from three coffee shops.

Officers say about 12:10 p.m. Wednesday, a man grabbed a tip jar from the counter at Brew Ha Ha on Delaware Avenue and ran away.

Authorities say workers at a nearby business saw the theft and flagged down a police officer. Law enforcers found a man and arrested him without incident.

Police say an investigation linked the man to tip jar thefts at a Starbucks on North Orange Street on Feb. 2, and another Starbucks on Justison Landing on Feb. 9.

Forty-two-year-old Victor Harmon of Wilmington is charged with three counts of theft.
