CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) - Nevada political pundit Jon Ralston is returning to statewide television.

“Ralston Live” will begin airing on March 2 and will feature Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval as its first guest. The program is scheduled to air at 5:30 p.m. on weeknights on Vegas PBS and KNPB in Reno.

The longtime political journalist said the new show will feature interviews, commentary and analysis similar to his previous television program, “Ralston Reports.”

Ralston’s former show was cancelled in December after 14 years on the air.

Ralston previously wrote columns for the Las Vegas Sun and reported for the Las Vegas Review-Journal. He currently contributes to Politico Magazine and the Reno Gazette-Journal in addition to maintaining a blog on Nevada politics.
