ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - Albuquerque police say an arrest has been made in the fatal debt-related shooting of a 43-year-old man and the wounding of that man’s two adult sons.

Police identified the man arrested early Monday on suspicion of murder and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon as 37-year-old Jason Comitz.

According to police, Paul Randy Rael died at a hospital after being shot at his home Sunday evening. The wounded sons were identified by police as 27-year-old Paul Rael Jr. and 28-year-old Manuel Ramirez.

Police said Ramirez said his father owed Comitz $30 for methamphetamine.
