GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) - The Naval Construction Battalion Center says an anti-terrorism exercise may cause traffic delays this week on roads near the Gulfport Seabee base.

It’s part of a national exercise called “Solid Curtain-Citadel Shield, running from Monday through Friday, Feb. 13.

WLOX-TV (https://bit.ly/16gp7pZ ) reports that this Friday, the Gulfport base’s gates will be closed from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Movement on the base will be restricted and nobody will be allowed in or out during that hour.

Drivers can expect significant delays at Pass Road gate on the afternoon of Feb. 11 and morning of February 12.

Aside from the gas station, all facilities will be closed until 1:30 p.m. or later on Feb. 12, and the clinic will have minimum staffing that day.
