MAMMOTH, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities have released the names of three people killed in southern Arizona in a head-on collision last week.

Arizona Department of Public Safety officials say 51-year-old Roger Dale Fugett, 53-year-old Francisco Perez Calzadillas and 53-year-old Troy Alan Brownrigg all died at the scene of Friday’s crash.

Fugett was from Mammoth while Calzadillas and Brownrigg were both residents of Winkleman.

Authorities say the crash likely was triggered by a pickup truck briefly crossing over into an opposite lane of State Route 77 between Mammoth and Dudleyville.

All three people who died were in a van. The driver of the pickup and four others in the van were taken to a hospital in Tucson.

DPS officials say investigators have not ruled out impairment as a factor in the fatal collision.
