FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas State Police say a Fayetteville man was killed when the vehicle he was driving went off Interstate 49 and crashed.

A state police report says 23-year-old Brandon Berger died in the accident shortly after 1 a.m. Monday.

The report says Berger was southbound on the interstate in Fayetteville when his vehicle went off the roadway and struck a highway sign before crashing into a tree.
