TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - New Jersey’s state offices have a delayed opening because of the weather.

Acting Gov. Kim Guadagno says non-essential state employees should report to work at 10:30 a.m. Monday. Essential employees must follow their regular schedules.

Guadagno is acting governor because Gov. Chris Christie is in London.
