BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (AP) - A woman who was struck while crossing a street in Bloomington two weeks ago has died of her injuries.

Sixty-five-year-old Melani Sunarti-Nadeem was in an intersection near her home when she was run over by an elderly driver Jan. 19. The 87-year-old Bloomington man has not been charged.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office says the woman was just a half-block from home when she was hit. She was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center, where she died.
